WHAT IS REDLINE CARDIO?
Redline Cardio is the most advanced cardio training system available to everyone. This system ensures that you’re doing the right thing at the right time by creating your progressive, goal-specific workout plan based upon what your heart is doing while you exercise. We simulate a VO2 Max assessment with a 10 minute workout where your Apple Watch measures your heart rate and uses our heart-rate specific algorithm to calculate your personalized Redline.
The system then builds out your 120 workout plan of 20-minute workouts utilizing your Redline to ensure that you’re experiencing the maximal benefit for each and every minute of your workouts. Your workouts will vary in dose and intensity but they’ll be specific to you and your end goal. Moreover, you’ll be following our periodized plan to ensure that each workout is the proper next step to your chosen goal.
Two Distinct Training Styles—
Redline Training—
Redline Training uses your Apple Watch to give you a training program specific to your heart rate. All it requires is a quick 10 minute assessment and your custom training plan is created for you.
Zones Training—
Zones Training is for those who don’t have or want to use an Apple Watch but still want to reap the benefits of a structured and scientifically proven cardio program.
Outcomes—
Both Redline and Zones give you the option to choose your goal and provide you with 20 minute workouts that tell you what to do in each minute to achieve the goal you’ve chosen. Either way, you will get maximal benefit from your workout without any guesswork.
